LOS ANGELES (CBSLA) – The criminal complaint filed against her revealed new details about the shooting of Lady Gaga’s dog walker.
James Jackson, 18; Jaylin White, 19, and Lafayette Whaley, 27, were charged with the attempted murder of Ryan Fischer, who was walking the pop superstar’s three French bulldogs on February 25.

According to the criminal complaint, the three men drove through different parts of Los Angeles looking for French bulldogs before spotting Fischer and following him. When Fischer walked with the dogs from the busy Sunset Boulevard into a more secluded side street, the driver turned off the car lights and stopped next to him, as the prosecution claims.

Two of the men got out, choked and beat Fischer when, according to prosecutors, they tried to tear the dogs away before one of them finally shot Fischer. The three men eventually got away with two of the dogs.
Harold White, 40, and Jennifer McBride, 50, who allegedly paid for the two dogs, were also arrested as accessories for an attempted murder. All five suspects have pleaded not guilty to the charges.
