Greater than 20 canines rescued in central Arkansas | KLRT

ROGERS, Ark. – The Rogers Humane Society of Animals rescued more than 20 dogs from central Arkansas.

Clayton Morgan is the director for the humane society and he said the previous owner is now in the hospice and she has the dogs from puppy mills.

Arkansas dog returns home after missing 10 years

He said the pups would be taken to other rescues next week.

“We’re going to give them a rabies shot, health certificates and all that sometime next week so they can go on their next trip,” Morgan said.

All dogs found were eight to ten years old.
